Member Responsibilities

1. Browse through our website! Almost everything you need to know is on there.

2. To sign up to play respond to your Golf Genius email upon receipt.

• You will select PLAYING or NOT PLAYING.

• Then you will be asked to CONFIRM your selection.

• Shortly after you CONFIRM to play, you will receive an email confirmation. SAVE IT!

• If after signing up to play you discover that you cannot play, go back to your SAVED confirmation.

• You can change your playing status in your confirmation until Tuesday at 3 p.m.

• After Tuesday at 3 p.m., please contact the month’s Lead Hostess by text if you must cancel.

3. Be at the clubhouse 30 minutes prior to your tee time.

4. Pay fees (greens, cart, surcharge); at the hostess table sign in, pay for chip-in and closest to the pin competitions.

5. Keep your score accurately.

6. Learn the rules of golf.

7. Keep up the pace of play. Have club(s) ready for next shot.  Study and line up putt before it is your turn.

8. Post your score on the play day sheet and leave your signed, attested scorecard with the hostess.
